Mold Design and Fabrication
Molds will be designed and tailored to your special needs. Molds will be manufactured by skillful workers, and we will help you develop the mold from various materials, depending on production runs and budget.
Molding Capabilities
Overmolding: we utilize different plastic materials and mold on existing components
Vertical molding: we offer small scale molding for cables/wires, connectors, adapters or small parts. Text or simple graphics can also be molded to a product's body by inserting metal plates.
Horizontal injection molding: we offer more complex, engineered, large scale manufacturing capabilities from 50 tons to 350 tons
Multi-shot molding: we can create a soft touch, multi-color, or molded graphics onto a plastic part, to eliminate secondary operations and to achieve cost effective solutions for your product.
In-mold decoration: value added process to eliminate secondary processes like coating or silkscreen. Images are more durable and long lasting, flat or 3D decoration is available.
Insert molding: allows you to insert various materials to plastic a mold, to produce durable, ready to use components for your assembly job.
Thermal & Vacuum Forming: heating a sheet of solid plastic, which in turn is vacuumed onto a mold that can be either male of female in form, and cooled into the final shape.
Mock-up mold or steel mold for prototyping
Surfaces Finishes
Non-Cosmetic or Low Cosmetic: lowest cost with minimum service
Blasting: dry blasting & wet blasting are available, blast media includes Ceramic beads, Glass beads, Plastic, Aluminum oxide, Silicon carbide, Carborundum, Metal shot and steel grit
Stone Finishes: The most economical finish, provides a nice release but very little gloss on the plastic part. Good for functional parts in which cosmetics is not important.
Paper Finishes: gives your product a slightly reflective or glossy shine. It is good for products that require low to medium decorative or visual impact.
Diamond Polishes: The finest finish on mold. Good for products requiring strong visual impact or lens quality parts. Machine and Hand Polishing are available depending on different applications
Laser Engraving: complex, precise and clean marking can be achieved by using computerized laser devices
Wet Paint: provides protection to plastic component. Smooth or textured finishes are available in a wide variety of color choices
Secondary Processes
Various surface finishes are available (see above)
Silkscreen: creates sharp-edged image by using a stencil . Low cost and can be printed onto many types of media.
Hot/Foil Stamping: Apply a shiny metallic foil print onto a diverse range of consumer and industrial applications
Pad Printing: High precision and clarity images can be transferred to any type of irregular surfaces. Low cost, minimum rejection, good for high volume production
Ultrasonic Welding: By using high frequency ultrasonic vibration, two dissimilar materials are bonded together. Used especially for assemblies that are too small, too complex or too delicate for common welding technique.
Labeling: Custom low cost labeling solution to meet your different requirements.
Assembly: We can help you assemble different parts to make it a ready-to-use component, to meet your cost down budget.
Custom Packing: we offer convenience packing including standard packing, blister packaging, color retail box, etc.
Full Turnkey: we provide you one-stop-shopping to handle all of your needs, from single parts to whole pack-out, we give you hassle free solutions - all under the same roof. Free up your manpower and resources to concentrate on sales and marketing.
